Bio

Melissa was born in Augusta, GA & raised in small town Millen, GA. She has had a love for film, television, theatre, music, & dancing since the age of 3, and began her training soon after that. She has been performing on stage & in front of the camera for over 25 years. As a child she started out as a dancer & in school productions. She appeared on a local television show as a young teen & kept dancing throughout high school, winning many dance competitions with the local dance studio's Performing Corps. She then dedcided to attend Georgia Southern University where she performed on-stage, directed, & choreographed many shows. Upon receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre, she moved to the Atlanta area to pursue her dream professionally. Melissa has been in numerous indie film projects in the area & worked with many talented actors & directors. She is available for auditions and would love to talk with you about your project. She is also available for print work.
Aside from acting, Melissa loves movies, theatre, and improv shows. In her free time she enjoys tv, cooking for friends, wine, fine dining, playing & watching golf, attending sporting events, & playing with her dogs.
